Child preparation classes (Staten Island)

Not really looking for child birthing classes as much as Im looking for infant care classes. Hubby and I dont have much experience with babies and want to be prepared for when our baby is born. Has anyone one taken the ones at the hospitals here in SI? Are there any private ones?

    I took the classes at SIUH a couple years ago with my first pregnancy. They taught you things with breastfeeding, infant CPR, and things like how to swaddle etc. They definitely made me feel more confident. Also the instructors will answer whatever questions you have, even if you wait until after the class. All of the ones that I have met were very pleasant and detailed in their info. I know Babies R US also holds some free classes but I've never been to one so I don't know how helpful they are, but could be something to look into.
