Distraction ideas when it's too early to test!

I'm starting to get emotional and having the hardest time waiting to test, but I'm only 8 DPO and I know it's too early! What do you ladies do to get your mind on something else when this happens?

Not the answer you're looking for? Haha, sorry. I buy the wondfo or dollar tree tests and let myself test early.

I don't do anything special. I just tell that little she-devil bitch inside my head urging me to test to shut the fuck up unless she's planning on paying for the pee sticks I'll be wasting.

ETA: Sometimes the she-devil makes me test though.

I don't keep tests in the house. I'm less likely to cave if I have to actually drive to a store and buy one, especially considering early on I'd want to use FMU.

We were totally at dollar tree earlier and I told DH to buy some (I was hanging in the car with DD). He said no and to wait until the weekend. I do have a FRER and digitals but I don't want to waste them. Must not run out of wondfo's again!

I have 2 first response tests that arent cracked open. if I want to test especially early on I want to use a cheapie test so I only waste $1 and not $7 or more.

I buy Internet cheapies and start POAS at 6 DPO. Not ashamed! (Well, a little.) I can't not pee on something just about every day when we are TTC. either an OPK or a HPT.

Well I satisfied my need to pee on something. It's like a fricken obsession. I wasn't expecting anything to come of it, but I just HAD TO! It was an expired blue dye test from when I was prefnant with my daughter. And it's far from FMU. So much wrong here. Lol. BFN of course. I'm not even upset about it, I just feel better that I peed on something. I'm such a weirdo.

I play lots of addicting video games. One of my favorites is replaying ilomilo on the 360. Best puzzle game ever. (Okay, maybe not, but it's REALLY good.)

I actually have a ton of HPT's because they came with the OPKS I ordered a while back, but I haven't used one of them yet. I POAS like crazy the first cycle and then remembered how much I hated seeing BFN's so now I've just been waiting for AF.

This summer was difficult to wait. I was shaky and nervous when I was trying to pee on the stick because I wanted a positive so bad. I also waited long enough and of course by period did not arrive until CD39. I am going to wait until I am two weeks late this time. I am also not going to purchase anything until after those to weeks unless anyone has any other adivice on wating time. Two months before I was a week late and it was negative. Then I waited four more days and it turned out positive on a digi test two times. Then when I had the chemical miscarrage I was so sad. This is why I am going to wait long then a week of missing my period. Now that I am going to start teaching I will not think about it so much because I am a busy teacher. This should help me to relax:)
