Delicious Crock Pot Meals?

Does anyone have any tasty suggestions for a Crock Pot meal I could make for my husband? Nothing too heavy or fatty......I would like to have sexy time afterwards.  And nothing with plastic or wolf meat in it, thanks. 
You can get a good look at a T bone steak by sticking your head up a bull's ass, but wouldn't you rather take the butcher's word for it?

    Chicken thighs (or breasts if you want it slightly healthier), a jar of pesto and a pack of ranch seasoning. Cook for approx. 6 hours. Very good. 

    ETA: also about 1/2 cup or so of chicken broth.

    I die.  I am pretty sure that crock pots DO set fire to your kitchen.  It's why they say, "Set it, but don't you f@ck!ng forget it!"
