f/u to negative boy comments

Our big u/s was this morning and I am thrilled to say that everything looks right on target and we are having a little BOY!!!

I appreciate all of your posts last night. ?I have gotten some very sweet comments today from people. ?Of course, my boss said "well, you can always try again for a girl". ?I told her I was super excited that it is a boy and most relieved that he seems healthy. ?You just have to ignore some people! ?My mother says it will be like that forever with a baby- people just feel entitled to say stupid things.?

Best of luck to all of you, I really wish for healthy babies for all of you.?

    Who in their right mind says that?!? I mean, I can see how people could not realize that some of their comments stupid are rude, but that one is just WAY over the line. Especially since she obviously had no idea how you felt about it.

    Congrats on the healthy boy!

     Ignore the idiots.  Honestly, people can be fvcking douchebags.  I just chalk it up to their own idiocy... just today, I had someone run me over the coals because I haven't felt the baby move... uh, I'm 14.5 weeks with baby #1.  She claimed she felt her baby move/kick at 10 or 11 weeks.  I resisted the urge to say, "honey, that was just gas!!"

    People always have an oppinion and when your pregnant people seem to think you want to hear what they think....don't let them get to you.

    You have a perfect little boy growing inside you and nothing else matters! Congrats!

    don't worry- i'm going to get much worse comments i'm sure.... since they suspect these twins are both boys- and i already have one - i KNOW people are goign to say "oh, no girl, sorry", etc...

    I'm thrilled to have 2 more boys!!!!!   I LOVE baby boys - they rock! Don't let anyone get you down- they are all idiots!!!!!!
