VIQ: Chicken legs PIP

I'm going to a very informal lunch on Saturday. The thing is I want to look good, but very casual. I showed my mom what I was wearing and she said it was ok, but my little brother said I had chicken legs (like, "do you want fries with your chicken legs?". Jerk). I like the outfit, but I don't want to wear it if it isn't flattering, YKWIM? So, does this outfit make me look like I have chicken legs or not? You can be (brutally) honest, I just want to look good for the ocassion :). I have other clothes.

    My brother has told me since 5th grade that i have thunder thighs. Ugh. I have a major insecurity about my thighs. I would love for someone to tell me i have chicken legs lol

    Thanks! The jacket was DH's present for Mother's Day. 
    The tragedy about having chicken legs is that your body looks fat, but your legs look skinny, making your body look extra fat!!! Hahahaha. Maybe it's because I'm apple shaped :)
