  Crunch yoga mama I loved and shiva Rea prenatal yoga. It's great for the end.
  As for prenatal exercise ones I loved the summer sanders one, buff mamas workout and denise austins pregnancy workout.
  I also did my regular DVDs but just modified. Like didn't lie on back etc. for yoga don't do head stands and twists.

  Instead of buying one, do you have cable dvr? There were a ton under fitness category. I tried them in the beginning, good stretches for sure, but with twins I got too big.

  Sooo, I got this in the mail and put it on today and thought, "what kinda yoga workout is THIS?" haha, pregnancy brain I think when buying it. I don't know why I thought I  was buying a yoga dvd?? Anyway, it was a nice little workout video. Not a good YOGA video though. lol Oops.
