Moms who can -- does anyone have a salsa recipe they can share? I had one that I made years ago, but I lost it. I am overrun with tomatoes at the moment and figure salsa is the easiest answer. Also, do I have to peel the tomatoes (some are the grape kind, and that just seems like a PITA). Thanks!
