    One of my friends is a PT and she specializes in this. They are professionals and want to help you. I only know of one patient that she was like wtf with, the rest she has never mentioned and says that she loves her work.

    hahaha Hopefully I don't become the WTF patient :) If your friend loves her work though, and assuming she's not horribly sadistic, hopefully it isn't as horrible as it sounds...

    I remember you mentioning this and I was going to tell you "good luck" before your appointment. At least they have a possible solution. I read about this pt somewhere but don't remember. What I read said it was a fairly common thing to have done.

    So, I guess I'll guess I'll chime in with my experience. I have been in PT for abnormally tight pelvic floor muscles that caused severe tailbone pain since May. It has been an extremely uncomfortable yet interesting experience. I am used to it now but it involves internal and external stretching of your muscles. I’m not sure what else you’d like to know so you’re more than welcome to send me an email(because I don’t know how messaging works on here) georgetc@att.net.
