OBFs and *not* wool covers?

LO is about 13lbs, but fitting into the medium OBFs pretty well.  My Thirsties Duo Size One seems like a really tight fit though (the rise, not the waist snaps).  I know size two doesn't "start" until 18lbs, but maybe I need to size up?

S'bish OBFs and wool covers seem to be pretty popular around here for overnight diapers.  I'm working on knitting some wool covers for my OBFs, but in the meantime - what covers do you like to use if you don't do wool?

  • I have an OBF on the way and I plan in using it with my best bottom covers. Once I see how that goes I'll think about wool.

Eta. My thirstisz cover seemed small in the rise too arou d 14 lbs. Still losts of room in the waist tho. The aplix practically overlap.
Good to know that this isn't such a bizarre problem.  I thought I must be doing something wrong for the rise to seem short and have so much room left in the waist - but I guess it's just the cover, and not me.

  • Blueberry coveralls are plenty roomy for the OBF.
  • We used Blueberry covers before wool. They are awesome!

  • Glad to hear that blueberry has such good reviews for this - I'd totally forgotten about the OS cover I have hiding in a drawer that was just waiting for LO's thighs to chunk up a little more ... I'll have to give it a whirl!

  • We use Blueberry Coveralls, as well as the Swaddlesbees (now Blueberry) Capris (which is what my DH prefers for some reason).
