Does it still count as STTN...

if they wake up in the MOTN, fuss/cry for a few minutes then go back to sleep on their own until morning? :P

  • Haha yahoo! We did sleep train early last week, but what's also helping is he's figured out how to replace the pacifier himself. I think I need to sprinkle a few more in there though for good measure. :P

  • Umm, I would definitely count it! DD hardly ever manages to put herself back to sleep these days. I'm hoping she'll snap out of it soon, but we may end up needing to sleep train. I experimented with modified Ferber last night and I was just explaining to my mom that right now her crying stamina exceeds my personal threshold for what I consider neglect. Talk about being stuck between a rock and a hard place. If DD woke up, fussed for a bit and fell back to sleep, I'd be soon a happy dance! Or even if she'd go back to her usual one wake up to eat in the MOTN!

  • If I don't have to get up and do anything about it, it counts. :)

Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!
  • Jackson sometimes does it around 5, but puts himself back out. If I'm not getting out of bed, it's a win!
