3 day potty training

Anyone done this? I read the ebook and we started this morning. He's had about a dozen accidents already. I almost feel like he was doing better before we started? But maybe I just need to see it out.
Any tips?

    I haven't personally read this but the dr i work for did this for his little girl and she successfully got potty trained.  He took off some time and seemed to work great for them.  Is the book any good?

    my co-worker had success doing the 2-3 day potty training with her 2nd daughter. she just said they pushed fluids and had her sit on potty like every 15 min or so

    We'll be doing it this weekend. DH is adamant about throwing away all of the pull ups but I want to keep them for nighttime. We'll see how it goes.
