Melted my heart

Every night for the past week, before putting Josh to bed I nurse him in our rocking chair and when he is done I play a youtube video of "Home". Tonight he grabbed my phone and handed it to me when he finished nursing. I asked if he wanted to hear his song and he smiled and snuggled on me. While the song was playing he kept glancing up at me and smiling then when it was done he gave me a hug. Melted my heart.


What has your LO done to melt yout heart lately?

    Aw! Lately Cal has only wanted me to hold him. And he'll wrap his arm around my neck and lay his head on my shoulder. Melt.

    These are so sweet! Lately Charlie has been a mama's girl. Today when we got to daycare to get her I snuggled her and then went to hand her to DH. She started crying and lunged to get back to me. Made him sad but made my day.

    Anthony is super active and has never been a cuddler but while he's been sick he has just laid down on me and snuggled for days! He's feeling better but still took a few minutes to come snuggle. Then he must have realized he doesn't do this and roared in my face and continued on with his trucks.

    So sweet, Tink!  Emma's been doing great at snuggling but recently she's been climbing up on my lap and falling asleep minutes before I normally put her into bed.  It's hard for me to want to put her in her crib!!

    Aww these are so sweet. DS has a new thing of picking up a toy and coming to sit in my lap to play with it. Since he's never a cuddller I love when he does stuff like this!

    I posted this on the fb page as well, Noah's been sleeping with my shirts lol. He cuddles with it and sniffs it. I'm going to have to toss a dirty tshirt in his crib every couple of days so that I can rotate through them.

    All of these are so cute! Dagny has been doing a lot more snuggling lately. She loves to come over while I'm sitting on the floor and climb into my lap and lean her head on my chest. She also did this the other day and I just died.

    I love all these posts!  My LO has been giving a lot of hugs lately.  She will be running around playing then just come over and give me a random hug.  She wraps her arms around me and lays her head on my shoulder.  Then she goes  back to playing like nothing every happened.  It is so sweet and it melts my heart.  I never want her to grow up!
