I've used it once, when DD was about 3 months old. H forgot the 'pull' part of the pull and pray, and it was right within my highest fertility window. I wasn't ready for 2u1, so I used it to be on the safe side.
I have and probably would not use it again because dh would have a shit fit over me using it. If I was single or dh did not want anymore children I would use it
So glad I asked this. I didn't mention that I took it this morning. A little too much alcohol last night made me forget to tell Dh I was in the pregnancy window. I panicked and felt embarrassed doing it as a mother. I want another child but I'm a very high risk pregnancy and we have to plan it. A couple more years.
Haven't used it, would in theory, but we want 3 kids anyway, and after the third one of us is getting surgery, so I hope I never need to. Of course, this from a lady who got KU when her firstborn was 6 months old...
I don't think it's any different from using hormonal BCPs, just a higher dose of the same thing, so I certainly have no problem with it.
Haven't used it. Probably never would, but things happen, and I can't say with any certainty that I would *never* use it. I don't judge someone for using it, I actually commend you for realizing that you might need it and being pro-active about it. Don't beat yourself up.
Other than being a little tougher on your body because it screws up your body's normal schedule, it's no different than taking bcp. Please don't feel bad/weird taking it!
I haven't used it but the hormones in it are the same as Seasonale/Seasonique/Jolessa that I took for 3 years but I think at different levels, though. With that said, I don't see the harm since all it does is prevent you from O'ing if you haven't yet. If you have then it does you no good and won't terminate an existing pregnancy.
Pro plan B. never used it, but I totally would have if I had an oops sexual encounter when I was in HS/college/before I got married. Once we have kid #3, my tubes are getting tied during the c section so I don't anticipate needing to use it in the future.
Add one more check to the 'used it more than once in college'. I did not have any side effects. I'm not sure if I would use it again simply because I'm married so another puppy to the litter would make me happy.
I haven't used it. I probably wouldn't at this point bc I'd just figure we'd have 3 kids instead of 2. But there were definitely stages of my life where I would have used it, and I think it's good it exists.
Used it once, about 8 years ago. Glad I did. Would I use it now? Not sure, but it's there if and when a woman needs it. I'm not saying abuse it, but I firmly believe its there got a reason.
