Pumping vent

I'm in training all week for work at a different work site. I planned to pump in my car, but it's a hike to it plus my batteries are dead. Here I sit in the lactation room, aka storage closet. The walls are paper thin so I can hear people in the rooms on both side saying "What is that humming sound?" Glad I'm disrupting their meetings! I feel bad for them. There are no ac vents so it's all kinds of hot.

I know I shoul be thankful for the room (they weren't this accommodating when I had DS1 6.5 yrs ago), but I'm so sick of pumping. Thankfully, I've started weaning from the pump so I'm just doing once a day this week.

Exclusive pumpers are both crazy and amazing at the same time.

No real point other than to vent. PUMPING IS THE DEVIL.

Also, I can relate. We used to have a really nice space to pump in my building. Then they decided that they needed the space so they built us a new one. The new one is connected to the gym office and across from where all the cardio classes are so we hear chatter or obnoxiously loud music and cardio commands (1,2,3, jump, etc). Also, instead of separate rooms, we now have a tiny cubicle with a nearly see through curtain to block us from other people.
