Anyone not having sex after cleared?

With ds1 I didn't go to dr until 7 weeks bc he was born over labor day weekend and the Hosptial couldn't call. Once home I kinda forgot and by the time I called it was the earliest I could get in. Then my grandfather suddenly passes away the night before my appt. suffice to say it didnt happen. Ds1 was born 9/3 and we finally dtd on DHs birthday 11/11.
I am getting close to 6 weeks and have zero interest!!
Anyone else?!

I went today at seven weeks and was cleared. It won't be happening today though because I have a cold. Lucky me. Also, I have no interest.

I won't be going this time till 7 weeks again. My 6 weeks fell on ds1s birthday and I wanted to keep him home that day to celebrate so I rescheduled

We always "just get it over with" the night I'm cleared. It makes it easier to get back in the groove and doesn't make it a big deal. The longer you wait, the more special it has to be. We both know the first time sucks but then it gets better after that.

Appointment at 6 weeks, sex at 8 weeks. Not on purpose, we just didn't get to it before then. DS will be 3 months on Friday and we've had sex a total of 2 times :-/

I had my appt at four weeks and I wasn't cleared. Dr just said when I felt healed. Finally DTD on Friday -7 weeks pp. I thought it might placate DH but he has wanted to do it every day since. I, however, have not. Girl needs a few days break.

DH and I tried the past two nights and it was the worst pain ever. I think worse than when I lost my v card. Or maybe I've just forgotten how bad it hurt the first time. And I had a RCS. Anyone else have this?

I was cleared at 6w. It's been almost a week and not yet. We can't while either DD1 or DD2 is awake and don't want to with DD2 in the bedroom bc she's a light sleeper. So our only hope is if we are both not working and both girls are napping (DD2 in swing). Hasn't happened yet.

I don't have my appointment until 8 weeks- so next Wed. But DH is having a Vasectomy on the 4th and doesn't want to use condoms so I'm not sure if we will wait until his all clear post V or if he will suck it up and use condoms. I have no desire which is pretty bad since I was on pelvic rest from 29 weeks and then we did it twice to try and induce labor around 38 weeks.

I haven't been cleared yet, but I will be lucky because I'm so exhausted. I have drive, but no follow through. I don't imagine it will get better with prolonged sleep deprivation. Poor H has the patience of buddah/saints.

lol this, im looking forward to sex but the baby has been blockin us from even snuggling for 5 minutes so its gonna take some fancy footwork.

I really started having the desire at 5 weeks, and we didn't wait. I had a cesarean, so I stopped bleeding very early after. I think that there is a definite difference between vaginal/cesarean and the desire. I don't think I would be wanting to at all if I had a vaginal delivery.

However a weird upside to having the baby, is that I have really began to love my body. Let me be clear that I am a thick, curvy, overweight woman, who always HATED her body. Something about going through all the delivery and post delivery things and basic loss of dignity with the fact that you need help doing everything and are at your absolute worse....I guess if he can see me and love me through that....the regular me isn't so horrible.

I have my 6 week next week. I had a RCS and we DTD 4 weeks pp. It was slightly uncomfortable but the next time was great! I of course was tired but my DH had been patiently waiting. It was worth it

My appointment is next Wednesday at 7 weeks. I can't wait to dtd and expect it to be uncomfortable the first couple times but I still cannot wait!

I stopped pumping a week and a half ago

and it's not a dryness issue, but it still just hurts like crazy.

I had my appt today at 4 weeks too. I wasn't cleared. Apparently my vag is very angry and irritated even though i had a CS. Something about a really big drop in estrogen levels... I am scared to have sex.

We have only done it once since getting cleared. I didn't really even feel like it, but did it anyway because it had been awhile and I felt bad for my husband. I just have no desire right now!

I was cleared. We did it once. It was so painful. DH felt bad and hasn't asked again. I just started the mini pill.

I had my apt today, but I'm sure DH isn't even paying attention to what today's apt would mean for him. I'm not going to remind him either, he pissed me off last night so I'm certainly not in the mood. Plus his Japanese clients are in town this week so he has to entertaining them late all week. It isn't on the horizon I'm sure.
