My boys were born at 37w2d. They were estimated to be over 6lbs each, but Simon was 5lbs 15oz and James was 5lbs 8oz. You also want to be aware that they can lose a lot of weight in those first couple of days depending on your lactation/supplementing.
*Spontaneous* OHSS diagnosed 08.06.2012 Right ovary removed 09.04.2012 via vertical laparotomy Essure implant placed on remaining tube 06.13.2013; successful followup scan 09.30.2013
Mine were born at 38w4d and weighed 6lb 13oz and 6lb 4oz. I think the last ultrasound I had was around 32 weeks and they were around 5 lbs. And like a PP said, they lose about 10% of birth weight. My boys left the hospital at 6 lbs 4 oz and 5 lbs 10 oz.
I delivered at 38w2d. Baby A was 6lb 8oz and Baby B was 6lb 3oz. They had estimated Baby B to be the bigger twin so they were a little off but she is the bigger one now by about a pound and an inch!

Mine were estimated over 7lbs a piece at 37w6days. They were born at 38w1day at 6lb14oz and 6lb 6oz
God gave me a double portion for my inheritance with my little Mighty men 9/19/10 Baby A born at 1:47 am 6lbs 14oz, 20.5inches long. Baby B born at 3:20 am 6lbs 6oz, 19.5inches long. My double blessing!:)
I delivered at exactly 38 weeks. Baby A was 7 lbs 13 oz; Baby B was 7 lbs 8 oz. All of the ultrasounds I had were an accurate prediction of their actual birth weights. Good luck!

38 wks 1 day and they were born at 7.1 and 6.6, I don't recall what they were estimated at, but I do remember that the smaller one was supposedly the larger one on our ultrasounds.
My girls' weight estimates were similar to yours. At 38 wks K was 7lbs 8oz and A was 5lbs 9oz. Their weight estimates were always almost exactly the same but there was a 2lb difference at birth.
Unexplained Infertility
After two Clomid cycles, three injectable IUI cycles, two IVFs, two miscarriages, and one lap surgery, IVF #2 has brought us our little boy!
TTC #2 After months of being postponed or cancelled, FET #1.3 (Natural FET) brought us twin girls!
I delivered just shy of 37 weeks and my little girl was 4lb14oz, and my little boy was 5lb5oz. My girl was always estimated to be about a pound lighter during our u/s.
I delivered at 37w6d. Baby A was 5 lbs, 15 oz and Baby B was 5 lbs, 12 oz. I was reallly swollen though and they lost quite a bit in the hospital - they were 5 lbs, 4 oz and 5 lbs, 8 oz when we came home.
