My brother in law is a marine. He was charged today with a 6105 because he sold a car to a boot and the boot didn't get it changed over into his name. Now this is a coming from my sister who is as confused as I am. Can any of you tell me what is going on? How can he be getting charged for selling a car? They meet with JAG tomorrow and there is a good change that he could lose his job. Gunny is even talking about there being a change that he could be removed from the marines all together.

I just don't understand can someone help me understand please. I
