Hope you all read the note at the beginning of my post!!!

I'll sure miss this group!! I'll probably take a month off from The Bump just to clear my mind and not stress over IF as much. We've put in our application for a grant and will find out by the end of October if we are blessed enough to receive it... if so, we'll try IVF # 3 as soon as we can!! If not, we'll be exploring any other ideas we can think of to give it another shot.

I continue to think about you all lots and will try to check in on you every so often!

Hey Fireflies -

I love reading all the BFPs - and equally hate seeing all the BFNs b/c I know the heartbreak that comes with those.

Since I am doing a 3 cycle, freeze all for genetic testing, I don't have much to report. I think I can call July a success... I had one embryo that made it to blast. My Dr. did a biopsy, sent the cells off to Genesis for testing, and now it is frozen. They won't actually test it until I have completed all 3 retrievals, so I hope that I'll have a few more to add to the bunch. I am already in the middle of stimming for my 2nd retrieval. (that should be on Friday). As of now, it looks like I'll get 3 eggs again. The weird thing is that my last retrieval I was on Micro Flare protocol w/very high doses of meds. Now I am on an antagonist protocol with very low doses- and so far it looks like I'll have similar results. I guess more is not always better when it comes to drugs! And the lower doses = lower costs!

I will miss this group! You ladies kept me sane during a very stressful process.

QOTD: My 2nd u/s is this Thursday, when I'll be almost 7 weeks. Hopefully we will see a healthy heartbeat. Other than that, I will be moving on to PAIF and just taking it one day at a time, being cautiously happy!

I had my first beta today and it came back as a BFP! I am 11dp5dt and it was 512. I know this is just the beginning of a long road so I am cautiously excited!
I have blood tests in Wednesday and Friday so I hope I keep hearing great news. My IF brain is going a little nuts though.

Thank you Ladies for all of your support. I couldn't have made it through all this without all of you!

Best of luck to everyone in this group!! It was so nice to have it!!!

I have my 2nd ultrasound tomorrow and hopefully I will get to see the flicker of the heart! My DH won't be able to make the appt because of work so I'm going to video it with my phone for him. He felt horrible for not being able to make it, but I completely understand.

I'm just taking things one day at a time and being cautiously optimistic about everything. THis is my first BFP so I think I'm still in shock!!

Well beta # 2 came in only 6 points higher than the last beta. I'm thinking I'm done

Our plan is to do another IVF next year. We need to pay this one off first.

I have beta 2 on Wed and hopefully beta 3 on Friday.

LOVING the BFPs today!! Praying for you extra hard that "high risk" will mean nothing during your pregnancy!!!

That's an awesome idea to video with your phone... he'll be able to see it and you'll have it to watch as many times as you want!! Love it!

Oh, honey I'm sorry you're going thru this!! I went thru something similar during IVF # 1 and it is so tough emotionally. I just keep telling myself that it should give me hope knowing it's possible to get pregnant! Just know this group is here when you need us.

Hang in there! Just reading your post reminded me of how I felt 3 years ago. There was no way DH and I could afford even one IVF cycle, and I wanted children in my life no matter how we got them. It was then that I had given up hope of a natural child with DH and we started the path toward becoming foster parents. Then 6 months ago DH randomly landed a job which completely covered our first IVF cycle. The Lord works in mysterious ways.

Hang in there! Just reading your post reminded me of how I felt 3 years ago. There was no way DH and I could afford even one IVF cycle, and I wanted children in my life no matter how we got them. It was then that I had given up hope of a natural child with DH and we started the path toward becoming foster parents. Then 6 months ago DH randomly landed a job which completely covered our first IVF cycle. The Lord works in mysterious ways.

Oh, I am definitely 100% trusting in God's plan. That, and my hubby, are the only things that keep me going!!

I want to thank everyone for all the support this past month. It has been great having a group of ladies that can relate to everything we go through with IF.

I am anxiously awaiting my first U/S that will be next Monday at 6w6d. It seems like my RE has me waiting a long time for this first one:( Hopefully with it being later we may be able to see the heartbeat though.

Those that got the "not yets", remember delay is not a denial. I know the pain over and over again.please stay encouraged, and if you ever need a vent or ear pm me, always will be an if girl.go with your gut, and 2 nd opinions are worth it.

Update: we found out last tues that we are expecting TWINS.baby a hb was 122 and baby b was 114, they were also measuring correctly.We are over the moon, and we graduated to ob on 8/26. I am currently 7w2days

I am going to miss this group! Congrats to our newest BFPs! BIG hugs for everyone else. Now that we are a week past our BFN realization, I'm finally starting to feel better. DH and I are scheduled for our next consult on 9/3. We have two frosties so we hope to go to FET quickly. I just keep reminding myself that I have been pregnant before, so it has to work eventually right? None of this IF stuff is easy, but you ladies have made my experience tolerable. I hope we all end up with gorgeous babies!

Hi girls. It's been an honor being part of this group even though this was not my month. I'm so truly happy for all the bfps and my heart goes out to those with bad news. I don't know what I'd do without this board. Rrdiva, your post made me cry. I'm so happy for you!! We are taking a few months if and hopefully doing ivf #3 in November and changing our protocol to a long Lupron. Im sure I will be seeing many more positives in the coming months and hope to join all those with bfps on PAIF!

We found out last week that were having twins! I go weds for another u/s and hopefully we will have 2 heartbeats by then.

As for what's next, I'm w the ri weekly through first tri, then we can think about weaning the progesterone & estrogen. I'll see the re for a few more weeks too then get released to the ob.

I'm praying so hard for everyone still here!! I'm around if you need anything.

As for me I'm beginning to plump up my lining for our sept 3rd FET and get my first ultrasound tomorrow. And shot.

I hope to see some of you over in PAIF very soon!! Xoxo
