My DH and I are having a meet the baby/thank you party for our family, friends and neighbors. The guest list got a little long...we invited almost 60 people! So for the menu I wanted to do something easy and decided on BBQs (or Sloppy Joes depending on your location

)
When I make them, I don't use a recipe, I just throw some beef or turkey, onion, celery, ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar together.
I need a legit recipe for this many people. Can you help me out May mamas? I know it doesn't take a rocket scientist to make these but there are so many different recipes out there that I'd like some help! TIA!
Re: Nbr: recommend a sloppy joe recipe!
2 lbs ground beef
2/3 cup ketchup
1 cup chopped onion
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp yellow mustard
Brown the onions and beef together. Drain if necessary. Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
Super easy!
1 jar BBQ sauce (12oz)
Dash of brown sugar, mustard, & ketchup
1/2 small onion
Brown the meat with the onions first. Nice thing is you can flavor it to taste depending on the sauce(s) you use.
It's kinda a mix between sloppy joes and BBQ.
