My mom's Meatloaf (made into mini loaf pans and frozen)
1-1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef 1 egg 1/2 diced onion 1/2 -1 cup Italian bread crumbs Garlic salt Pepper Italian seasoning 2 8oz cans tomato sauce
Mix everything, except the tomato sauce, well with your hands. Add 1/2 can sauce to meat and mix well. Turn into a loaf pan and push a "well" around the sides and on the top (for drainage and even cooking).
Bake at 350 for 1-1 1/2 hours, suctioning out any grease about half way through. Pour other can and half over meatloaf and sprinkle with a bit more garlic salt and pepper.
Use low end of ingredients and time if using just 1 lb of hamburger.

-Brown ground beef with chopped onion or onion powder, lawry's, salt & pepper; drain. Add to a lightly greased 9x13 pan -add corn & cream soup to beef; stir until well combined. -arrange frozen tater tots on top of the beef, soup, and corn mixture, covering the entire 9x13 area. Season with salt and pepper if desired. -bake uncovered at 350 for 30-40 mins
My husband won't be around for the week, so I am contemplating ordering a few pizzas and living off of those.

In mixing bowl combine the salsa con queso, olives, cheese, remaining taco seasoning, and beef and mix well. Transfer to microwaveable serving dish as this dip is best served warm. Serve with tortilla chips.

No PCS thank goodness. Although, I'd go back to Hawaii in a heartbeat! We're just moving on base. The housing waitlist was 18 - 24 months, so we were surprised to get the call after just 7 months. Even though we love our current neighborhood, we're having lots of problems here, so we're taking the base house. No more commute for H! Yay!
