when can you run with the baby?

I have a jogging stroller but lost the booklet and don't remember the guidelines. Is it 6 months?

Yep. They should have good neck and trunk control. You shouldn't run with a car seat on it because the center of gravity is high and it may tip

We started running using a car seat adapter when the kids were around 2 months old. The car seat sits on the seat itself for our stroller, so it doesn't seem like it alters the center of gravity or makes it more tippy.

We waited until close to 9 months to use the jogger without the car seat. We wanted to make sure they had very good neck and back control.

Thanks guys! I have the BOB with the car seat adapter so I think I may give that a whirl for a bit and just go really slow. She's not ready yet or old enough to go in without the car seat.

I have the jogging stroller that the carseat latches into, and my pediatrician said I could start jogging with my baby in the carseat as soon as I was cleared. However, I would listen to what ever your pediatrician advices.
