Sippy cup transition

Hey, ladies. I had someone hack into my facebook and bump account a while back and long story short, I created new ones. Just for security reasons Im not going to clarify my name ever.again. on the interwebs or who I previously was. It had been a while since I had been on, I wasnt a suuper regular, I posted/chatted often, but TB is so different now. I still see some familiar faces but lots of new and the layout is awkward.

Anyways, we are about to start the sippy cup transition and I always got the best advice from this board. DS drinks water out of them fine but when I put milk in them he throws it and refuses to drink. What has worked for you? Advice?

    I was just talking about this recently in another forum I belong to. I would do the bottle with WCM until your lo gets used to WCM, then try to transition to the sippy cup. Some babies take to it and some don't. My son is having a hard time transitioning himself.

    My son is having a hard time transitioning from bottles, too. He is fine with WCM, but if you put it in a sippy, he will either drink just a little bit, or push the cup away. He drinks water fine out of a sippy, I'm going to give it a little bit of time and then try again.

    We started using the sippy with formula, and now we're mixing WCM and formula because she's not quite on board with just WCM in the sippy yet.
    BFP #1 9/2010 (lost our baby at 21 weeks) BFP #2 8/2011 (ectopic pregnancy) BFP #3 10/2011 (chemical pregnancy) BFP #4 12/2011 (Abigail born 8/15/12) BFP #5 5/2013 (Griffin born 1/23/14 with heart defects, now repaired!)
