While I wait for a nurse to call back...

I figured Id ask for yalls advice. Rylan started coughing a little Friday, which when he is teething is pretty normal. Well over the last two days, hes had a clear runny nose, sneezing and watery eyes. Could that still be part of teething or does it sound more like a cold/allergies. Ive never given him benadryl before but Im wondering if I should give him some. Maybe it'll clear up the runny nose? Im not really sure whats going on with him. We got maybe a total of 3 hours of sleep last night, which some of that is being in a new place... wwyd??

    We just got here yesterday and it started Friday. The nurse called back and said its possible it could be teething. And apparently Ive only been giving him 1/2 of the dosage of Motrin he is supposed to be taking. No wonder the crap wasnt working!!! She said try Benadryl and Motrin and if in 48 hours he hasnt cleared up, I need to bring him in.
