Ok what am I doing wrong? My SIL can wear my DS in the ergo with no issues, but he squirms and cries if I do it. I've tried adjusting it all different ways. He also doesn't like my H wearing him either. I really really want to wear him in walks etc, so I've just been practicing around the house. Should I just do it cold turkey and take him out? He may get distracted by the outside world that I may be able to get away with it

    I would look at the positioning of his body when your SIL has in it compared to when you do - specifically the neck, arms, and leg positioning.

    I realized my daughter was sunken too low so I had to tighten the waist strap that helped push her up.

    I have a really short torso and I can't get the hip placement right. I'm scared him gonna squish him in too much
