Hi ladies! I Know several pregnant women see a chiropractor for adjustments to possibly help a baby flip. I don't have that problem...as he is already head down and in good position. Is it ideal to still have adjustments done to help with pelvic alignment or could that be harmful? I guess I don't know if its needed but would like to know some experiences some of you may have with it helping get the baby "engaged" or even release tension? My husband works for a chiro so I would get the adjustments for free but I am rather skeptical if it isn't "needed". TIA!
Re: Anyone seen a Chiro?
I'll never know if the adjustment was the actual trick needed to get baby better positioned to put me into labor, but the coiincidence is convincing. And it can't hurt. Do it!
