Xp: update on my hospital stay

For those of you that were asking for an update here it finally is!
I got out of the hospital on Wednesday afternoon which was amazing. The only agreement was that if anything happened I'd go to the hospital that's closer to me for delivery. I met with the ob there Friday morning for a NST and to go over a plan. She didn't seem concerned with the growth discordance or the fact that I hadn't had an ultrasound to check it in almost 3 weeks. It was off putting but I made an appt for next week.
I also had an appt with my ob that is 1.5 hours away yesterday as well. I thought it'd be the last one and he just wanted to see me to ensure my care was up to par (reason 1457 as to why I love seeing him. He makes sure I am 1000% happy/taken care of) and he knew how they were going to proceed. He looked over my records after he did his growth u/s and compared numbers and it wasn't good.
Baby a gained almost a whole pound in 2.5 weeks putting him at 6lb1oz but my little baby b only gained one ounce during that time. When the discordance was first picked up it was a difference of 24% but individually B was still on the charts. Small but still hanging in there. Now he is 2oz away from being diagnosed with IUGR. He went from 3lb14oz to 3lb15 oz. my ob even measured twice as he couldn't believe it. It looks like a cord placement issue more than a what and how much I'm eating problem. While in the hospital I lost 8lbs but I feel that was more muscle than anything as I was stuck in a bed the entire time.
The plan is to induce next Wednesday so baby b can get out and feed and grow. On the u/s both had great breathing movements, heart beats, and cord flow which is a huge plus. However, I am still pretty dilated. If anything happens in the next 4 days I need to just go to the nearest hospital as I may not make the drive but otherwise there's an end in sight. I have come to grips with the discordance/ having a smaller baby. The issue has been going on since I was 28 weeks and we knew this was a possibility.
I'm in a good place with this and just want to make it through the coming days with no issues. Thanks for the t&ps during this whole thing! I will be 36w3d when I am induced.

2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!
TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!

I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929
