Rash - what could it be?

I'm calling DS's pedi in the morning, but I thought I would see if anybody has a clue what could be going on. DS has a rash on his arms and legs. The bumps are red and slightly raised. Some of the larger bumps have a white head on them. He doesn't have a fever and isn't at all fussy. He hasn't had any new foods. He hasn't been outside to be exposed to insects or grass. We haven't changed detergent. He IS in daycare, so he is exposed to a lot...

    I should also add that DS has been drooling badly for a few days, so I think he might be getting ready to cut more teeth. Could this be it?

    Could be Hand, Foot Mouth.  I had a question similar to this about 6 weeks ago before we moved up to this board and that's what it ended up being.  No big deal for LO, but I did have to keep him out of DC for a few days.

    Daycare called me a little while ago because they found places on his hands and feet as well. We have an appt at 1:50, so we shall see. :(
