I exercised for the first time today....in, well, forever. i'm gonna be so sore tomorrow.

took DD with me in her stroller, and she thought it was a roller coaster. no point to this post, other than to pat myself on the back for getting off my arse and doing something.

Good for you! I started exercising last week after almost 2 years and man was I sore. It's totally worth it though.
