I went to Target last night to get something and saw that they had the school lists in a bin to grab. So I grabbed the one that I needed, bought almost all of the items since they were nearby, and went home. This morning, DH asks me why used last year's list. I looked at him confused and he said "You realize that he's going into first grade right?" So, yea, I bought the kindergarten supplies instead.

I should be able to return what he we wont need otherwise we'll just keep them for our crafts. I'm just hoping that the other list isn't much different.

DS is in 1st and DD is in K this year. Their lists were pretty similar so hopefully yors will be too. DS needed a few extra things but not too much different
