Milk Allergy?

So we have been giving DD WCM for about 3 weeks now. Started out with 1 a day and then every week have added another WCM for formula. She hasn't had any issues. 2 Days ago we got up to 3 of her 4 sippys to be WCM. I noticed today that she has crazy bad diaper rash on her bum, I know that was one of the signs of a possible allergy. What are some others? She had to be on soy formula or else she would get stomach aches, I was hoping we would be able to do regular milk...

    Most likely not an allergy. Ds2 has a milk protein allergy and he can't have any food with milk as an ingredient. Maybe you could mix the cows milk with her soy formula to help with the transition?

    Could it be something she has eaten causing the rash? Every time DS has pineapples he gets a bad diaper rash.

    She could be lactose intolerant. If she's in soy she's not used to regular milk.
