Tenderness?

I am 3 weeks PP and my incision looks very good and appears to be healed, but I am still very tender as if it is inflamed on the inside. How long was it for you ladies until you felt back to normal and could wear normal pants without the rubbing irritating you? Thanks in advance!

I didn't wear jeans till about 10-11 weeks because they didn't fit. Up till then it was maternity pants or yoga pants. I couldn't lay on my stomach for several weeks and at 11 months I'm still a bit numb.

I am 2.5 weeks pp and I am feeling the same way. While I am healed on the outside, I am still somewhat tender to the touch inside. I am pretty sure that it will take a while. It is not uncommon to still be wearing stretchy pants until 6 weeks pp.
