RE App't Re-cap

I had the first RE app't yesterday. He is concerned about my late ovulation. I ovulate usually CD 19-22. They did an U/S and no mature follicle appeared yet (CD 15). They also did some blood work. I go back on Wed for more blood work, the postcoital exam, and another U/S. I give the ladies on this board a lot of credit- I never realized how intense this process would be. The game plan is continued monitoring the remainder of this cycle for progesterone levels, etc. I will then begin Clomid next cycle. Another problematic area worth mentioning (which the RE wasn't overly concerned about) was DH's morphology. His volume and motility were good. He has a script for another SA. That pretty much sums it up.

    If I ovulate early for me it would be CD 17, 28 day cycle. If I ovulate at the CD 19 mark, I have a 31-32 day cycle and a little longer for later ovulations. So my cycles run 28-35 days on average, with LP usually 11-13 days.

    I also have a 31-32 day cycle and I had a + OPK on cycle day 16 but, felt the O-cramps on CD 18. Should I be concerned, do you think? (About LP length?)

    I ask because our cycles seem similar.

    KC, I was concerned with my luteal phase, too. I was ovulating on day 19-20 in a 28 day cycle, and then a few cycles were 31 days. RE said that ovulating at that time in a 31 day cycle is normal. I think drs are concerned when LP is shorter than 10 days. 12-14 is ideal.  If you O'd on day 18 or 19, and your cycle is 31-32 days, you're good. :)

    I think you are fine. I conceived DS when I ovulated day 19-21 (depending on the opk and chart (ff and tcoyf). I was surprised when he mentioned it. I will know more when they do subsequent tests.
