My only experience with Costco diapers was at a child care center I worked at (the school supplied them for the children), and from what I remember they seemed to work pretty well. From what I recall we had less leaking issues then what I recall from many other diapers.
This. Although, FWIW, i did have a Costco employee tell me she hated huggies, but liked their brand even though she knew they were essentially the same, she had way less problems than she had had with Huggies.

I think they do the sizing slightly differently for the Kirkland brand, which is why people might have better luck... but they are definitely made by huggies, it says so on the box.
