  Lol ditto! Didn't Stacy make that pie on Food Network Star? Sounds familiar.

  I just checked out the recipe and I think it looks really good. The only thing I'd do differently if your friend is a foodie is make your own pie crust if possible. Homemade pastry is so much better than store-bought. Otherwise, looks delicious!
