Today is CD10 I did 5mg femara this cycle. Last cycle I did this at CD10 I had a 16mm and 21 mm and ovulated on my own on CD13. This cycle I have two 11mm and on 13.5mm. The tech that did ultrasound said there might be a fourth so we will need to do an ultrasound prior to IUI and if in fact there is a total of four they will cancel my cycle. I was really bummed about this I dont want my cycle cancelled. I am doing daily blood work until I surge. I really dont want my cycle cancelled and I dont understand why she said there "might" be a fourth one. I am waiting for my regular nurse to call. Should I go for another ultrasound prior to IUI if I dont surge on my own in a few days? (I know they are not big right now so i wont surge for a little bit) Or would you hold out until surge is detected and have the ultrasound then?
thanks for reading my rant

New Plan: Reciprocal IVF, me as carrier wife's eggs. Just went through insurance and received partial approval, so my part will go through my IVF benefits and wife's part will be out of pocket. Now just finalizing finance plans to cover the oop costs. Doctors office is in process of moving to a new building so there are no IVF start ups until March/April 2015.
