Siggy help pretty please?

Why can't I get a ticker in my siggy? I am finally on my dino computer and want to update it. I made one on the bump and tried uploading it as a pic, doing just the code, etc. I am in the updated site where you have to do the new signatures. What am I doing wrong?

    I had to click on the source thing and then it worked...but I'm not really sure exactly what I did. I couldn't get any of the bump ones to work...I went with lilypie.
