I usually brush them twice a day but sometimes we only get one in. I talked to my dentist about it and he said that the one right before bed is the most important since there is less saliva produced during the night.
Glad to know I'm not the only one out there who still has a little bit of a struggle! DS actually likes his teeth brushed now that he has an electric brush lol but he was hating it other than in the tub before that.
I'm going to definitely keep aiming for the recommended twice a day although it is difficult
