I hate today

We're on week 4 of nap resistance. After 3 hrs of trying to get baby down for his first nap, he closes his eyes... Until the cat walks in and goes "meow"... Baby awakes bright eyed with a smile.

I'm done. I want to cry. I don't know what to do. Either give up in nap time and deal with a fussy baby or keep trying to put him down. He keeps yawning and his eyes are heavy :(

If our son won't nap after 30 or 45 minutes I typically will get him up and let him play in his jumperoo for 15 minutes. He very quickly becomes very tired and typically passes out. Have you tried getting him up and then trying the nap a little later? I hope things improve!!!

    i do the same thing.. but then he gets fussy, so it's a catch 22. i ended up just leaving him in the swing and shutting the door to give myself a break. he was passed out in 10 minutes and has been napping for 2 hours so far! THANK GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!
