What are you doing for 1st birthday? Party at a local restaurant with just immediate family.

What is your theme or color scheme if you have one? Lady and The Tramp

What are you serving? Buffet meal - 2 salads, 2 pastas, chicken parm, and sausage and peppers. Ice cream cake and cupcakes for dessert (that we will provide).

Where will it be? Local Italian restaurant

How many people? Between 20 - 25

What time? Sunday, 1 - 5 pm

What are you getting LO if anything? We already bought her a Disney Collectible figurine of the Lady and The Tramp restaurant/spaghetti scene. It will go up on her "nice shelf" (the high one, LOL). I thought it would be cute as a keepsake for her 1st birthday. I'm sure we will get a few toys as well, but I'm honestly not going overboard on the gifts.

Having a Party. It's on her actual birthday!

What is your theme or color scheme if you have one?
Bubble Guppies/ Under the Sea. Light purple, aqua, light blue -oceany colors and touches of primary colors to tie in Bubble Guppies stuff

What are you serving?
Sub sandwiches, pb& j, chips, dip, cookies, rice crispy treats, cake, etc (I've created cute names for all the food)

Where will it be?
MIL's house-both inside and outside if the weather is nice

How many people?
45 people were invited but we'll probably end up with 30-35ish

What time?
2-5PM

What are you getting LO if anything?
A chair- it matches our living furniture (arrived yesterday). And probably a few outfits for fall.

What are you doing for 1st birthday? Party on the 1st so family can travel. But I will probably go out to eat with him on his actual birthday on the 11th.

What is your theme or color scheme if you have one? Patriotic/ red-white-blue

What are you serving? I've got options but I haven't settled on anything yet.

Where will it be? My house.

How many people? Not many. I'm not even sure there will be 10 people. Family and a few local friends.

What time? 2-4

What are you getting LO if anything? Not sure. Probably not anything for the party, but on his birthday he might get something small.

What are you getting LO if anything? I'm so on the fence with this. I really wanted to get them the ugly chairs but I think their nanny is getting them a small chair like that from Target and so I will probably end up just getting them another of those at some point but not for their birthday. I have gone back and forth between a play kitchen & the step2 roller coaster as their joint gift and something smaller for their individual gifts but I don't know what yet.

We are having a party for him on the 14th, the day after his birthday.

What is your theme or color scheme if you have one?

Red, white, and blue. We are doing a Cat in the Hat theme.

What are you serving?

Since the party starts at 2 we plan to have lots of finger foods. Pinwheel sandwiches, watermelon boat, fruit tray, snacks and sweets.

Where will it be?

We are having the party at our house.

How many people?

We've invited about 100 but I only expect about half to come.

What time?

It starts at 2.

What are you getting LO if anything?

We talked about getting him a Radio Flyer wagon.

What is your theme or color scheme if you have one? Zoo! No color scheme yet, other than pink/brown/green, which was on the invite.

We are having a small party and probably his favorite breakfast that morning.

Theme is kites and pinwheels; maybe an airplane or two. "Time flies when you're having fun...Eric Ryan is turning one!" Orange and blue.

Cupcakes with little kites, rainbow fruit skewers, veggies, and then the rest of the stuff I'm unsure about. Probably little pinwheel sandwiches since that's funny.

Our house.

7 family/close friends who live around here, and then an open invite to our mom/baby friends. I'm going to guess there will be about 20 people.

1:00.

I picked out a book but I don't want to say what it is since I'm sending it to my book buddy as well. DH picked out a book for him too. Plus a ball popper.

What is your theme or color scheme if you have one? You Are My Sunshine - yellow, orange, bright pink

What are you serving? We are doing burgers/brats/chicken breasts with couscous salad, chips, veggies and fruit for sides. Cupcakes for dessert.

Where will it be? Our house and garage for outdoor entertainment

How many people? 36-40...just close family. Shoot me.

What are you getting LO if anything? I find a retro radio flyer tricycle at a yard sale for $8 so DH is supposed to take the rusted handle bars off, sand blast, paint, ad reattach also picked up some odd and end stuff

What are you doing for 1st birthday (and doing nothing is totally acceptable!!)? Having close family and our closest friends over....inviting roughly 30 people (including kids).

What is your theme or color scheme if you have one? No color or theme really...probably just lots of primary colors. Something basic.

What are you serving? BBQ is usually my go to party meal, but we just had that in June for DS1 birthday. I think we are going to do a taco bar. My dad also makes a killer guacamole and Ill add some coordinating appetizers too.

Where will it be? At our house.

What time? 4:00. After both boys naps! And it'll give me all day to clean, prepare, decorate, etc.

What is your theme or color scheme if you have one? "Wild Thing" loosely Where the Wild Things Are, but more just using quotes than characters. All different fun colors.

What are you serving? Cake and ice cream, lemonade, bottled water, probably a veggie platter, fruit salad, and some other snacks.

Where will it be? My mom and dad's. They have a nice big backyard. Hoping it doesn't rain!

How many people? Inviting about 30, expecting 15-20.

What is your theme or color scheme if you have one? Fishing Theme (the big one)

What are you serving? "sushi" (assorted wraps), fish and chips (Goldfish and potato chips), some kind of salad, pond and fishing rods (veggies and dip), fruity fish (fruit in a fish shape)
Dessert is cupcakes (with a special one for DS) and cookies

Where will it be? our house (hoping for good weather to make use of our newly finished deck!)

What are you doing for 1st birthday (and doing nothing is totally acceptable!!)? We rented a hall and will be hosting a party with family and friends. We have a family member as the DJ, face painting, Elmo character, and magic show.

What is your theme or color scheme if you have one? Superhero pop are party. The superheros will be vintage and have a baby look. The colors are red, yellow, and blue.

What are you serving? Cake and a few other deserts plus some traditional West Indian/ Soul Food dishes.

Where will it be? We rented a hall

How many people? About 85 but 60 will probably show

What time? 2-6pm

What are you getting LO if anything? So far we got him the new Elmo and two jackets. We also plan to get another fisher price toy
