I need to ask a question, that might be TMI for some...
Today is CD15 for me, and I have been on BCP since CD3 in prep for my 1st IVF cycle. I have never been on BCPs before on my life. I had a little bit of dark brown gooey discharge last night, and when I just went to the bathroom today I was bleeding. Not like a flow, but the toilet paper was red. It was a fairly significant amount of blood -- not just light spotting.
I have never experienced this before ever, and I am wondering if this could be from the BCP?
I think I need to call my DR, but I am kind of scared... hoping one of you super well-informed IVF pros will have experience with this and know what to say to make me feel better...
Thanks!

Thank you guys so much!
I did call my RE and I left a message for a call back from a Dr or nurse. Haven't hear back yet though. I don't have a flow, it is just spotting when I wipe. The first time this AM is was alarming to me and seemed like "a lot of red" but the last 2 times I have been to the bathroom it have been much lighter, so I feel better about that.
I sort of panicked at first, but lots of people (including the almighty google) have reassured me that this is somewhat common.

A nurse from my RE's office just called back. Not the nurse I usually talk to -- she was off today. This nurse seemed shocked that I had never been on BCPs before in my life. But she reassured me that spotting on BCPs is totally normal and happens to about 50% of women. She said no one told me to expect this b/c they assumed that most adult women are familiar with BCPs. Ummm.... no. Well, whatever, apparently I am fine and this won't impact anything for this cycle.
I start my Lupron injections on Sunday. I just got the notification that the Lupron arrived at the Fed Ex location down the street from my office - so I am going to go pick it up later this afternoon.
