Country Style Ribs help

Ladies I need some help with a recipe for country style beef ribs. I have 1.6 lbs and have never cooked them before. They just looked so yummy. I'm off to the store today, so I can pick up other ingredients. I'm hoping for something quick and easy. I can also do crockpot since this is for tomorrow. Any great recipes out there? Thanks!

oh and we have no allergies/intolerance issues

    We use Paula deepens recipe for sauce and cooking. I am doing them tonight.
