Wisconsin bound

DH and I are heading out this morning for a wedding in WI. It's a 6 hour drive through the back woods in the middle of nowhere! Here's to hoping I poop before this long ass drive!

    Have fun! I'm jealous, Wisconsin is my favorite state and we had to cancel our trip there this summer.

    @katyj25 where are you at? We are heading to Eau Claire for the wedding but hitting up Menomonie for some pizza at Jeff's! We went to Stout and miss it dearly!

    @melanndi where are you driving from? Have a fun and safe trip!

    @frankierokx I appriciate your praise to the poop gods! Currently the fart gods are granting my wish and at least I'm getting the bloat out before we see our friends!

    Ha this is funny to me. WI as a favorite state.... Having been born and raised here I'd pick somewhere South as a favorite state. I didn't know people enjoyed coming to WI :-)

    @Ashers423: I love cheese curds! Also, I only go there on vacation, so that may skew my opinion. My husband's family has a house on a lake in the North Woods. It's basically heaven in the summer.

    Ok that's makes sense, all about the cheese curds :-) actually I'm a bad WI resident I hate cheese. North woods are nice though. My DH's grandfather has a house in land o lakes area and its beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Enjoy

    @ashers423- DH is from Marshfield so we go home often. I'm from MN and we go that way too often.

    @greenmom2b- I live the cheese curds too! Especially when they are fresh and squeaky! The best ones found during traveling are usually at kwik trips on the check out counter! Ugh even better if they have been sitting out all day unrefridgerated! We usually make it our goal to find some!

    @katyj25 the deep fried kind! But... Only if they are lightly breaded! Also they are still called cheese curds not cheese balls. Drives me insane that they call them cheese balls Iowa.

    Hopefully I can satisfy this craving at the carnival I'm going to in IL. Not WI cheese, but what's a girl to do.
