Anybody follow "Prayers For Corbin" on Facebook?

A little boy born with Trisomy 13... fighting the odds... they could use some prayers tonight... looks like he will be called home soon...

My H and I have been praying for him and following his story... and cried tonight reading their update.. if a mom could use help and support, this would be the time.
Born 8.24.12 at 8:44pm (4 days early) 8lbs 3oz!

    I follow him. It's heartbreaking. That poor baby has totally defied the odds but it does appear as though his time has come. So sad.
