LO turns 6 mos this week and for the last 2 weeks she has been doing a lot of babbling. Mostly saying mamamamama. Now it is just Mama. I didn't believe she understood what she was saying but I have been hearing it first thing in the morning when she wakes. She no longer fusses, it's "Mama". She says it when she wakes from her naps as well. I had a dr. appt for myself yesterday and DH took her to visit Grandma. She wouldn't say it for a whole 2 hrs while he was prodding her to say it. As soon as I showed up, that's all she would say very excitedly. We are now focusing on saying Dada. She watches intently at our mouths and then actually tries to repeat it too, but just can't get the "D" out. Anyone else having great communication?
Re: words?
Haha... And we were playing the piano yesterday and she was going "La! La! La!" every time she hit the keys, which was freaking adorable.
