Re-Intro and an Update

I have been MIA for a while and have really missed this board! Although I have been checking in from time to time, but haven't been participating as much as I'd like. I have seen tons for new posters, which is so awesome! Welcome! For those of you who don't know/remember me, I'm a foster mom. We previously had 5yo (Artichoke) and 2yo (Zucchini) brothers who were reunified with their parents- a very good thing! In February we welcomed a 2 month old little boy (Butter Bean), who has a super complicated case. Just when you think you know what is going on, it changes. As of recently, Butter Bean has had some very serious medical issues that caused a hospital stay for 14 days. Thankfully, we are all back home but still not quite out of the woods as new complications keep popping up. The best news is that Butter Bean seems completely oblivious to any of the complications as he's been super happy since we've been back home. We're hoping that things start to clear up and we can just get back to "normal".
