Re: ~*3T Grad Check-in*~

  • Good morning beautiful ladies of 3T. It's been a while since I've checked in. Nothing much to report here. Baby boy is still doing great - measuring 6 days ahead still. I'm feeling him more and more with each passing day, which is awesome.

We're still working on the nursery (our rocker got delivered last week). I hope to have pics to share in the coming weeks as we finish it up. I have my GD test next week - kinda nervous about that and hope I pass! But my doctor gave me some good tips to help better my chances so I don't have to take the 3 hour.

QOTW: We told family and close friends first and then my H did a FB announcement with our dogs in it. I really was apprehensive about doing a FB post - I just know how hard it is when you struggle, and I'm sure there plenty of friends that might be having a hard time that I don't even know about. I really didn't want to come across as an AW. But I got through it OK. I still worry and don't post pregnancy stuff very often - if at all.

Here is a my 25 week bump pic (sorry I don't have anything more recent here at work). Sorry about my face, DH was rushing me out the door and I was trying to focus.

lots of <3 to my TBBFF Sothernpeach80 - BABY ETHAN IS HERE! 02.04.13 <3

Hi ladies... I'm still checking the board daily, I miss you guys! Hugs to those having a tough day or week. Just got 3rd beta results, my level shot up to 7,667, which is a doubling time of about 35 hours. So far so good! Our first US is scheduled on the 26th so hopefully we'll see 1 baby in the right place with a strong heartbeat. My blood pressure has plummeted even lower than usual making me a little dizzy sometimes, that and some minor cramping off and on are my only symptoms so far. We haven't told anyone yet. We'll tell parents once we see a heartbeat, then siblings and very close friends after US 2. If all goes well we'll probably announce to others in 2nd tri in Oct, I think we'll do a photo somehow involving pumpkins and our pups.
Congrats on your great betas! Hope all continues to go perfectly!

    Hi lovely ladies,
I think of you all on 3T all the time and I lurk daily. I pray for each and everyone of you to get your BFP's soon.

The boys and I are 27 weeks, it's a bit crazy to think that we only have 8 weeks or less til we meet our handsome boys. I am still on bed rest due to pre term labor issues. This week I have had a few contractions but not many. I had my 3 hour glucose tolerance test today and haven't heard results yet, so I am thinking no news is good news. Tomorrow we have our maternity pictures.

QOTW: We announced right around 12 weeks that we were expecting double trouble :)  Here is how we announced on facebook :)
Glad the 3 hour GTT went well! Or at least I hope the no news is good news!  And no more contractions please! Rest up!

  • Hi, all! I'm lurking here often and sending you ladies lots of {{hugs}}!

I'm 12w3d today, and we finally started coming out with the news! We told my extended family last week. Then we phoned DH's grandma and surprised her with the news on her birthday this week. It was so great! Since then, we've been spreading the news by word of mouth. It's been fun, and it's finally starting to feel real! We won't come out on FB until the baby is born, unless we change our minds between now and then.

  • Hi ladies!  I haven't checked in in a while, but I'm always thinking about everyone here on 3T.  I am in the home stretch and just waiting for this little guy to arrive very soon.  I'm feeling great and I've been home relaxing for the past two weeks.  It's been nice to be able to have time to get those last minute things done around the house.

QOTW:  We came out to our families and a few close friends right away.  I announced on FB at 15 weeks with a picture.

  • Like usual I'm always late to the party but I wanted to pop in and say hi! I think of you all often and am sending big ((hugs)) to all those who need them.

I'm 31w4d and feeling great. Little guy is moving around a lot and I love every second of it. We had our first baby shower and maternity photos last weekend - it was really great to be able to celebrate this pregnancy with my friends and family!

QOTW: We announced at 15 weeks after a good NT scan, I was safely in 2nd tri and we got back from our babymoon. We took a picture of us holding a "worth the wait" onesie and posted a message on FB mentioning our long journey. It felt really good to go public!
