Thankful that my son isn't sick and has never been sick. A lady was walking around with a baby no older than Connor and the baby had whooping cough (Gasping for air, coughing uncontrollably, etc.)... I bolted out of that store so fast. I need to keep a look out now for coughs or anything...
Thankful he has not regressed anymore, going on 6 weeks now, waiting patiently for silver lining.
Just thankful for james and health in general. I read a lot of blogs, and last night stumbled across the blog of one of my new neighbors, who lost a baby to Trisomy 13. Reading about their struggle just sounded heartbreaking and horrible. She also was diagnosed with breast cancer a year later. Ugh, life is just so hard. :-(
Same boat here. Paige is happy and healthy and I count my blessings for her every single day. I really don't know how I lived without her and with you guys, so happy that she is healthy and growing right along. So very blessed.
Also Thankful for my mom. She is my best friend and I strive to be at least half as awesome as she is. I am not sure what i would do without her!
So thankful for my awesome dh who got up with ds1 at the crack and I was able to sleep until 8. I was up with ds2 3 times last night. I couldn't have functioned today without that extra sleep and my dh is the best.
I'm thankful for lo's smiles. Most days lately I'm so exhausted and trying hard to juggle home life & work. Then he smiles and seems to make everything better.
Thankful for DH and the anniversary trip he has planned for us this weekend. It's just an overnight, so we won't be gone from the girls long (also thankful for this), but I have no idea what were doing. It's been nice to have something 'adult' to look forward to and I absolutely love surprises so I can't wait!! :x
Thankful for my LO and his smiles and that he is happy and healthy. Also thankful for my SO who takes wonderful care of LO when I am at work and also cleans and does the laundry.
I am so thankful for my parents! They are wonderful people who are helpful and reliable. They are so great with my children too. Just had a few friends parents pass away so I am happy to still have them both. I am also thinking of those who have parents who are not involved or aren't exactly in their lives. I just love my parents so much!
I'm thankful that my husband is home from two consecutive weeks away playing ball. Granted we are all together at yet another ball tournament, but at least we are all together.
Life is just really good right now and we have a lot to look forward to. I'm just thankful the way things have come together for us and all of the wonderful support we have in our life.
I'm thankful for LO's swing, Cillian is super cranky and teething tonight and the swing is the only thing that's helping him sleep. I hate seeing him in pain and so upset, but he's fast asleep and looks so relaxed right now. Also DH is going to stay up with him so I can get a few hours of sleep, best hubby ever!
I am thankful for my mini vacation this weekend! Me and SO decided to take my younger siblings to seaworld!! Their first visit! Great way to end summer im so thankful we can afford this lol
Extremely thankful for my and DH's work schedule. LO is home with me sat and sun and home with DH on wed and thurs. which means he only has to go to babysitter 3 days per week. Saves lots of money per month and LO spends most of his week with us rather than babysitter.
