Sarcastic Thank You Notes

I have leftover thank you notes from our wedding and I'm considering actually writing sarcastic thank you notes to some people in my life.

Dear Coworker:

Thanks so much for sending an email (and cc'ing everyone, including our coworkers and boss) about how in the future, I should make sure that I have attached two necessary pieces of information to emails requiring our boss's approval because it caused confusion with another coworker. Thanks for the awesome advice and for calling me out in front of everyone. Next time, though, maybe you should mention that I gave you those two pieces of essential information, then you created the email for our boss's approval and didn't include them. As helpful as your call out reminder is, next time just address it to yourself.

    I think you need to cc' all your co-workers on that TY... you know extend the same courtesy.

    Last year I was asked to make a baby shower cake for a girl I casually know and talk to in my church group. The year before that i made her a wedding shower cake and chocolate covered marshmellows decorated like bride and grooms on top of cupcakes. Not only did I make her these cakes that took about 5-10 hours each time to decorate and cost me at least $30.00 in supplies but I ALSO got her a nice gift on top of it. Nevertheless I wasn't disappointed when she didn't RSVP to my shower. Can I just say though I had a REALLY hard time writing a thank you note for her showing up to the shower ( without RSVPing), eating a ton of good my family went to a lot of work to make for my shower and yet NOT getting us a shower gift or even a CARD!!!! Who does that???? I can't imagine even intertaining the thought of going to someone's shower without a gift!!!!
