Big Surprise

This is my first pregnancy & it was not planned. (But I'm still excited about my blessing) My first ultra sound at 6 weeks confirmed a little bun in the oven

Well I had my full check up today at 8 weeks & the ultra sound surprised us with not just one but two!!! I'm freaking out about what to expect & how to prepare for two babies! Any advice, suggestions, help?

I had the exact same surprise 2 weeks ago. I'm almost 9 weeks now and saw both babies on an ultrasound today. I'm also freaking out quite a bit! Good look to you!

Thanks everyone! I make 9 weeks tomorrow! I'm not sure if I'm more nauseated than most when pregnant but it's definitely a little more intense now. For example last night I had was eating dinner & then almost instantly I had to remove the plate from my sight because it was making me so nauseous!? My clothes are just smidge tighter & I've gained about 6lbs.
I'm just really nervous about raising 2 babies for my first pregnancy!! I'm not sure how to even raise one!

Wow, twins! Congrats! I'm a twin

I can imagine how scared you are but truly you will do just fine with two versus one. The thing about being a new mom is that you figure it out as you go but you certainly figure it out. Best wishes. Stop by the March 2014 board...great board and there are several ladies having twins!

During the first ultrasound @ around 6wks they only saw one.. I was 2 days shy of being 9wks when they realized I was having twins. I'm excited but extremely nervous about everything.

Yay for twins!!!!! I sometimes wish for twins and my husband freaks out when I say that lol! I used to nanny for a family that had a 3 year old daughter and twin boys. It was a lot of work, but they were wonderful kids. Take it day by day!
