With all of the discussion of the various challenges/philosophies regarding sleep...I was wondering how much sleep we're all actually getting.  I'm in the second category most of the time....

                    8 hours/night or more.  I feel refreshed and energetic!
                    
                                     
                            
                    Between 6 to 8 hours/night.  It would be nice to sleep in on occasion, but in general I'm doing okay.
                    
                                     
                            
                    Between 4 and 6 hours/night.  OMG, I'm freaking tired.

I'm. So. Tired.
This is me too. Wtf....I'm so tired! I'm actually considering sleep training.
I put 6-8 but I think we're on our way to being able to sleep all night with no waking!!
I started the CIO method 2 nights ago. The first night she woke up at 230 and was awake until 4. Then up again at 7 then back to sleep until 930! Went to bed between 6 and 630 pm.
Last night she was up at 4 until about 445 then slept until just after 8!!
Hoping tonight continues the trend for fewer waking/less time awake
